WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Currently, Func uses the production, printing and supply chain located in Los Angeles, California, USA for our Apparel. This method allows us to quickly serve our clientele across the world, without printing a bunch of up front stock. This keeps our prices fair, and quality high. The same company that prints our shirts, ships them for us too. AND handles returns - sweet! This allows for minimal shipping-time around the world. 

Our Electronics and Home decor is shipped from our China and USA warehouse as soon as we possibly can. That ways we give you the best of prices and best of curated products at a fraction of the price - sweet!

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CLOTHING?
We offer different sizes for different clothing : S M L XL 2XL 3XL 4XL.

WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted with proof within 15 days after the product has been received on the email. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Return address for apparel is the warehouse address on the package delivered to you, rest will be informed accordingly.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY APPAREL ORDER?
To keep our costs as low as possible, we drop-ship every order. That means your shirt is printed as soon as the order is accepted and processed. The turnaround time is generally 4-5 business days on smaller orders, plus shipping time which varies from country to country. All orders will originate from Los Angeles, California.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OTHER ORDERS?
We take 5 days to source your order to our China and USA warehouses, and then it takes around 10-12 days to ship it to your country. Shipping time varies from country to country.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
